Examples of referral reasons include:
- A staff member experiencing challenges adapting to a new role or set of responsibilities
- Unexpected changes in a team member's behaviour, attitude or performance
- Performance issues regarding certain responsibilities or work roles
- A staff member expressing uncertainty about staying or leaving the organisation or role
- A staff member looking to develop their career further and looking at training or education options
- A staff member has been injured or is experiencing health related issues that might impact their ability to continue in their role (this can include vocational rehabilitation assessment to investigate options for redeployment into a new role).
